US judge orders ICE chief to appear ‘personally’ in court, threatens contempt

Minnesota’s chief federal judge ordered Todd Lyons, acting head of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to appear before him Friday to explain what the judge described as repeated failures to comply with several court orders. Chief Judge Patrick J.
